Look for a high skilled and experienced board certified PS, and ask him about his experience in this kind of procedures. In my 26 years of practice I had performed this procedures multiple times.International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS)Member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS)
This is a very good question. It's always important to see a board certified plastic surgeon. I do approximately 40-50 panniculectomies per year and most come as referrals from the patient's bariatric surgeon. Therefore, I think the best way to find an experienced plastic surgeon who does a lot of post bariatric body contouring would be to ask your local bariatric surgeon/clinic who they recommend. This way you have a better chance of seeing a surgeon who regularly treats post bariatric patients. Good luck.
Hello..... Well, I dont think I can help u exactly how to find, but if u consult a doctor then do ask him for his work on such patients in the past. That will give you an idea about the experience he has in such field. We do lot of cases in that direction by the way. You can inquire for such doctors according to the area you are interested to get operated in.

Hello, Thanks for sharing your query. Yes both can be done in same sitting as both are clean surgeries. Repairing only lower abdomen hernia with can cause upper abdominal bulge so ideal would be to plicate entire length of rectus like in tummy tuck. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon.
Hello, Thank you for your question and congratulations on your life-changing surgeries and quick return to work! Swelling is part of the bodies natural response to surgery though the extent of it varies by patient and procedures performed. Typically the swelling is significantly reduced after 2...
It is unusual for a seroma to persist five months after a panniculectomy. Typically, seromas resolve on their own or with aspiration, but in your case, the fluid output has remained consistently high, which suggests the seroma cavity may not be collapsing as expected. At this stage, continued...
