I had a genioplasty and my chin looks way too long vertically than it was before i had a 10 mm forward genioplasty but he told me before the surgery that he would only bring it 6 to 7 mm i don’t know what to do now ii told him why hé didn’t made a vertical decrease and then he told me it would be unesthetical .
