Consuming alcohol and taking Accutane

I just took my liver function, lipid profile and full blood count tests and everything was normal. But thing is I'll be having a few drinks tomorrow before visiting the doctor the day after. So I'd like to know how long it will take for my liver, cholesterol levels etc. to come back to normal and how long I should wait before starting accutane since I've heard consuming alcohol and taking accutane is bad.
