Eyelid asymmetry after orbital decompression. Best treatment? (Photo)

Hi. I had cosmetic orbital decompression done a few months ago on right eye for asymmetry stemming from one eye being buldgier. While it seems like the orbit symmetry is better, I feel like I look even more asymmetrical now because the eyelids between both eyes looks so different. What is the best treatment, preferably conservative, to make it better? Should I release the lower right eyelid or move the left lower eyelid up?

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided It seems your one eye more rounded then the other one. For improve the symmetry between them I recommend you cat eye procedure to rounded eye. With this surgery the rounded eye will be much slanted like the other one. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any case. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.Best Regards!
