is it medically possible for healthy skin texture (basket-woven collagen) to develop if the area is surrounded by scar tissue? If a small scar is punctured and a 0.3 area is removed, can healthy skin be regenerated in that micro-area? Or do new cells become scar collagen by copying the surrounding tissue cells?
