I am 26 but have been rapidly experiencing mid face drooping that is causing nasolabial shadows and under eye hollows to worsen. I have had these my whole life but want to prevent it from getting worse. My ideal result would be an even mid face with no shadows. What procedure(s) would be best for long term results?

Nasolabial folds are normal as we age. The flatness below your eyes in the medial area of your cheek can be improved with cheek implants rather than a cheek lift. A lot depends on the look that you are trying to achieve.
