Can you lipo mons pubis area with a BBL? (photos)

Question

I have a large bulge in my fupa/mons pubis area and am wanting to reduce the size via liposuction. As I will be getting a BBL, I wanted to know if 1) Can this be done with a BBL or would I need a tummy tuck? And 2) Is this area included in the “lower abdomen” or would it be a complete seperate area which will be an additional cost? Hoping my pics help. Thank you

Thank you for your question! Yes, it is possible to have liposuction of the mons area with your BBL procedure. You do not necessarily need a tummy tuck to reduce the size and fat from the mons. Liposuction alone can achieve this. In my practice, liposuction of the mons is a separate area from the lower abdomen and is additional cost. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon who can assess you in person and create a personalized plan for you. Hi. The fat for a bbl can be taken from any region including the mons area. The cost from my perspective is determined by how much fat is required rather than specifically the region in which it is taken. For best results on your abdomen you would require a tummy tuck. Incidentally in my practice liposyction to the mons if needed is included in the costs of a TT.
