Alcohol before or after injections is not recommended as it can thin your blood and increase your risk of bruising. However, it will not alter the outcome of the Dysport and is ultimately up to the individual. Be sure to discuss pre and post instructions with your injector.
Drinking a little alcohol before a Dysport injection will not affect the final cosmetic result, but it can increase your risk of bruising. Alcohol tends to thin the blood, resulting in more bruising. However the needle used during Botox is so small, bruising is rare and usually pinpoint at the site of injection when it does occur.
I do not restrict alcohol consumption in my patients who are treated with Dysport. Your particular injector may feel differently, so it's best to check with the physician who will be treating you.
There is some potential for bruising due to wine consumption, however doctors differ in their restrictions and some have no limits on drinking wine. It is best to discuss this with your injector.
Wine and other alcohols, as well as Green tea, ginseng, gingko biloba, and most importantly coumadin, aspirin, and NSAIDs all thin the blood and make you more prone to bruising, so in particular if you're getting filler injections, we try to hold back on these, but with botulinum toxins such as Dysport or Botox, it is rarely any problem since bruising is so seldom anyways. ~ Dr. Benjamin Barankin, Toronto Dermatology Centre.
Wine may cause some bleeding issues. After the procedure it should be OK. Good luck with your procedure.

With cosmetic dosages of Dysport it is highly unlikely to develop systemic side effects such as tachycardia. I would seek an evaluation with your primary medical doctor to rule out other possible causes of these symptoms.
Thank you for your question. There are no contraindications between most Augmentin and Dysport. I recommend having a follow up with your doctor. Hope that helps. Best of Luck!
