34, female - Would PRP injections get rid of my genetic dark circles? (Photos)

I am a 34 year old female and for my entire life I have struggled with dark circles. There has always been a hollow under my eyes due to my bone structure and the shadows have always been present. No matter how much concealer and color corrector i use under my eyes you can still see some darkness and hollowing. It makes me very self conscious and something id like to get rid of or improve. Would PRP help me? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Also i believe it is genetic since my brother and mother have the same dark circles.
