I have genetic under eye hollows and starting to see some fine lines and slight puffiness as I'm in my mid 30's. I have some visible blood vessels/purple circles in my under eye area and the surrounding cheekbone. I had tear trough filler rejuvenation once in 2019 and otherwise use peptides, niacinamide and moisturizer on the eye area. Am I a good candidate for something like PRP microneedling or IPL or other lasers? Or other topicals ? Not sure what will help. I don't want to do surgery.
