My derm and a plastic surgeon are telling me different things. One says Pixel 8 and the other says PRP. I’ve also been to a medspa that suggested morpheus with PRP or Skinvive.
Answer: Under eye wrinkles Hello and thank you for your question! The under eyes are a tricky area, and must be handled with care. In general, microneedling or RF Microneedling is our first-line treatment for fine lines and wrinkles. Considering the delicate nature of the under eye area, a treatment such as Morpheus may be too aggressive. Pixel8 or the more specialized SylirmX may be better options for your concern. PRP, on the other hand, can aid with under eye darkness and hollowing. Skinvive will provide temporary improvement but it will not do much (or anything at all) for the skin quality under the eyes. As with any aesthetic treatments, be sure to consult with an experienced provider- treatments can provide vastly different results depending on who is performing the treatment! Best of luck! Answer: Resurfx laser or a light CO2 laser is great for treating undereye wrinkles Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Multiple treatments Thank you for posting your question here !My answer will be based on the limited information and pictures provided, for a detailed and personalized plan please consult with your plastic surgeon in person. In all honesty most of the mentioned treatments if done by an experienced provider will help improve the issue , you can add laser resurfacing like CO2 laser to that list , the whole idea is to stimulate collagen and promote new cell growth which most of the treatments mentioned can do , and as long as you go over the benefits and potential issues with each treatment and make an informed decision most of those treatments are valid.I hope this helps, best of luck!
