The procedure you’re asking for is probably not appropriate.
The eyeball position in the globe is dependent on the size of the orbit compared to its content.
If the eye socket is reduced, the eyeball is forced to move forward.
If the ice socket is enlarged then I will sit further back.This will affect a lot of other things like the attention on the muscles that move your eyeball.
It’s not some thing that should be taken lightly, and these type of procedures are usually not done for cosmetic reasons unless there’s a clear indication for surgery.
You can keep wishing but I think surgical intervention is outside of what you need.
