I am 70 and have sun damage on my cheeks (wrinkles) and smokers mouth. Will Needling work on me?

I had a co2 laser treatment 18 years ago and it was amazing. However, I am much older now. One doctor said only a face lift would work on my cheeks. One said Venus treatment and now one recommends needling. I want to use my money wisely.

Thank you for your question. Without an evaluation in person, it is difficult to say exactly what you would need to achieve the results you are hoping for. A series of microneedling treatments can help improve fine lines, skin texture, and sun damage but you may also want to combine microneedling with other procedures to replace facial volume (injectable fillers, fat grafting, etc), soften wrinkles (neurotoxin), and tighten skin (Ultherapy, ThermiRF, etc). I recommend scheduling a consultation with a practitioner that is familiar with combination treatments who can help you decide what would best for you. I hope this answer is helpful! Best of luck.
