Limited neck lift. Skin incision behind the ears only - is this possible? (Photos)

"I only want the skin pulled and sutured behind my ears — no platysmal muscle work, no liposuction, no chin incision." I'm 69 years old. I dont want a major operation. Just skin sutures behind both ears. How do iI find a surgeon who will do this?

As a person in their thirties, it's usually best to try avoid lifting procedures that involve even short scars. You would definitely benefit from neck/chin liposuction. Also, it's a little hard to tell from the photo, but you might benefit from a chin implant at the same. This combination works...
