Is there anything I can do to fix my scar and drooping eyelid? (photos)

Hi and thanks for posting your pictures and questions.  To me it seems you have acquired eyelid ptosis probably from the eyelid trauma you had as a child.  The muscle used to raise your eyelid may be damaged.   However the evaluating doctor should also rule out any systemic conditions such as neuromuscular diseases that may show up as ptosis. Scars can be improved with lasers or surgical scar revision.  You should be evaluated by an oculoplastic /plastic/ facial plastic surgeon experienced in treating this condition.  

It seems like your left upper eyelid is also droopy and you hold your eyebrow higher to compensate.  Surgery can fix the droopy eyelid and either filler injections and/or laser can improve the depressed scar on the left side.  I would suggest a consultation with an oculoplastic surgeon to examine the condition and then suggest treatment options.

You have developed a postraumatic droop (ptosis) of your  left upper eyelid probably due to damage of the muscle that lifts the lid (levator muscle).  This can be repaired, and the scar revised.However the surgeon you choose is crucial.  It should be a  Board Certified plastic surgeon with lots of esperience in ptosis repair, or an oculoplastic surgeon who also has experience with the procedure.  A bad correction can permanently raise your eyelid, which would be as bad or worse than you now have.
