FUT or Strip scars evolve over several months.  It may look great in the beginning but it may widen and stretch over time.  In other words you would have to wait at least 6 moths to see the final result of what your scar looks like.

If your first hair transplant failed and believe it is due to fibrosis or scarring alopecia then your next surgery may also fail.

If you are concerned about your progress after surgery, you should contact your doctor as soon as possible.  What you are seeing may be scabs and grafts.

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   You can probably use any shampoo you like.
