Thanks for posting your question. For my patients, I have had great success with classic Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo. This helps break up scabs without disrupting the follicle. Patients begin a shampoo regimen 48 hours after surgery. After 3-4 weeks, patients will return to their regular shampoo. In your case, I have not seen damage with Alpecin shampoo - but, I would advise that you speak with your transplant surgeon for a formal recommendation on what do. Best of luck!
One month post op you can use whatever shampoo you want. Ideal to have ketoconazole and zinc prythione in the shampoo
