Allergic reaction to hyalase, what should be used to dissolve the filler?

I need filler removed but had a very severe allergic reaction and ended up in hospital. Obviously I can't have it again. What else will dissolve the rest of my bad filler? Can't bear to live it the migration of it above my lip. I look terrible and being made fun of. Please help. Thank you

There are allergic reactions to ovine or bovine hyaluronidase but it is essentially impossible to Hylenex. Hylenex is a recombinant human form of the hyaluronidase and should be identical to the naturaly occuring enzyme in the body. Surgical excision can be done w filler. You might want to try 5FU but that won’t dissolve the bad filler but will decrease the inflammation around the filler.
