Thank you for your query.I think you mean you are 10 days post op, and not pre op. Yes certainly your nose is still very swollen. A lot of patience is required. I also note that your nose was significantly deviated to the right side pre op. My advice would be to carefully follow your surgeon's instructions and work closely with him.Kind regards
