I'm only 19 and I've seemed to gain an extreme excessive amount of weight. I've tried eating healthier and exercising but I still can't seem to lose any of the weight, instead I just keep gaining! I weigh roughy 255+ I haven't been able to check myself recently but I'm sure I'm nearly 260. I can't seem to lose any of the weight, and the two main areas are stomach and thighs. Not to mention far then to large breasts, which with weight and them together have caused some pretty bad back problems.

Answer: Liposuction in the patient with a high BMI.
Unfortunately, you have quite an overhanging apron and no amount of liposuction is going to give you a satisfactory result as you will be left with loose hanging skin that will be worse than what you started with. You do need a lipo-abdominoplasty which helps address both the excess fat as well...
Because of the modest amount of surplus fat you could have these areas suction for 2000 of $3000. This would be done with oral sedation and tumescent anesthesia.
In my practice I make all my patients wait 3-4 weeks before doing any exercise and it takes 4-6 weeks before anyone can lift heavy. I suggest seeing an expert for treatment. Best, Dr. Emer.
