Can anything be done about several sutures underneath the skin/scar that feel like they're about to poke through post mastopexy?

I had breast mastopexy and augmentation approx 2 months ago and am already have a slow healing quarter size wound dehiscence at the inverted T junction where 3 sutures have been clipped because they were poking through the wound.Recently, I've noticed multiple little pointy bumps in various places over my scar that feel like sutures are attempting to poke through.Tonight, one area feels like the suture may have just started to poke through. Can anything done to prevent more from poking through?
