Thank you for your questions and photos.  An examination is needed to fully answer your questions.  Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation does not occur in the few few days. Discuss your concerns and have an examination with your physician who applied the peel.  Best wishes

Blue peels can be used around the eyes. Instead, I would start with a combination of Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads followed by Melapeels over a one month interval. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles

Not typical for pigmentation to increase. I would stop the creams and begin therapy with Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads with Replenish. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
