Can I fix my left eye to become the same size as my right eye?

Hello guys my left eye is smaller then my right eye as you can see. It’s not ptosis can anyone please tell me if I can fix this because it’s bringing my confidence down is there a way I can fix this and it’s not ptosis like I have stated. Can this be cured when I was younger my eyes looked fine

Based on that photo, you do not - canthal tilt is simply looking at whether the lateral (outside) canthus (corner of the eye) is positioned higher or lower vs the medial (inside) canthus. For a negative tilt, it would be positioned lower, creating an unattractive "sad clown" appearance.
