Best treatment for tired droopy eyes, accelerated aging due to stage 3 hormone positive breast cancer at 38? (photos)

Question

I am 43 years old. I had stage 3 hormone positive breast cancer at 38, and had ovaries removed. I take oestrogen blocking medication. I have noticed accelerated ageing around my eyes, lips & jowls. I do clench my jaw and have gained weight.My eyelids are droopy and my under eye area is dark and puffy. My lips turn downward and have become very thin (considering filler). This has impacted my self esteem. Was considering Ultherapy but unsure if that would give long lasting results i want?

Hi Alime
You would do very well with an upper blepharoplasty to address the upper eyelids which will make a big difference to your aging features.  With respect to the rest of the face it really depends on your budget.  You can either proceed with nonsurgical options eg filler and anti-wrinkle injections or bite the bullet and have a facelift and fat grafting.  Obviously the surgical option will have more dramatic effects compared to the subtle effects of the nonsurgical options.
