Could I fix my deep set/hooded eyes with an upper eyelid surgery? (Photo)

Dear doctors, I would like to ask if I am good candidate for upper eyelid surgery? My left eye is a lazy eye and I would like to have more lid space, which would be better for makeup also. But I am curious if fillers and Botox could also work (for example brow lift).

You appear from your photos to have a heavy brow, meaning that you may not get the result you are looking for with an upper eyelid blepharoplasty alone (an upper lid blepharoplasty is removing excess skin from the upper eyelids). You would be a great candidate for upper lid blepharoplasty and browlift. Simply removing the skin from the upper lid will not open your eyes up enough in my opinion. The browlift would be key to restore a youthful appearance. I would recommend an endoscopic browlift. Botox could be an option but likely won't give you enough lift. Best to see an expert in your area.

Thank you for your pictures. You are a good candidate for Upper Blepharoplasty! I would furthermore recommend you to have an eyebrow lift. This is also done under general anaesthesia and takes around 2 hours. Both surgeries can be combined and you would benefit a lot from this combination.
