You would be a great candidate for upper lid blepharoplasty and browlift. Simply removing the skin from the upper lid will not open your eyes up enough in my opinion. The browlift would be key to restore a youthful appearance. I would recommend an endoscopic browlift. Botox could be an option but likely won't give you enough lift.
