You would be a great candidate for upper lid blepharoplasty and browlift. Simply removing the skin from the upper lid will not open your eyes up enough in my opinion. The browlift would be key to restore a youthful appearance. I would recommend an endoscopic browlift. Botox could be an option but likely won't give you enough lift. Thank you for your pictures. You are a good candidate for Upper Blepharoplasty! I would furthermore recommend you to have an eyebrow lift. This is also done under general anaesthesia and takes around 2 hours. Both surgeries can be combined and you would benefit a lot from this combination.
