I have read in different forums that the nose falls down years after a cosmetic nose surgery. What is that about? Is it the nose tip or columella that droops? How often does that happen? Are there any other long term complications and what is the Risk after a rhinoplasty. Thank you

You certainly can have the goretex removed but you likely will then lower the height of your dorsum. It most likely will make your nose look flatter and wider. Are you sure this is what you want?
