How can I heal my skin after this extreme irritation? (Photos)

Since getting a chemical peel done, whenever I use epiduo forte my skin reacts to it even though I had been using it before the peel for three months. I used it last night as a spot treatment and woke up with this. What can I do to heal my skin?? I am using La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume and Vaseline atm. Will that help me?
