I did a perfect derma peel friday and was done peeling by tuesday. Today is Wednesday & my skin is tight & dry! Any suggestion?

The red spots are indeed cherry angiomas. These are benign blood vessel growths,which may appear almost anywhere on the body. They are easily treated with a vascular lesion laser, such as the V-beam. One or two treatments generally suffices.
