25 days post op Rhinoplasty-Pulled a stitch. Did I damage anything?

hi. after 25 days of rhinoplasty i saw a pimple outside my nose when i pulled it a thread came out. it was white and clear. i am so nervous .. did i damage anything? :( please help :(
