25 days post op Rhinoplasty-Pulled a stitch. Did I damage anything?

hi. after 25 days of rhinoplasty i saw a pimple outside my nose when i pulled it a thread came out. it was white and clear. i am so nervous .. did i damage anything? :( please help :(

At 8 days post op your nose can move.  I would not sleep on my side, yet.  This could damage the nose.  Contact your surgeon for an in person evaluation to confirm you are healing well.

It appears you have an infected suture.   Prior to vacation, you may want to make a follow up visit to your surgeon so he can monitor your progress.
