Will lower pole stretch with time or is revision necessary?

I did not ask dr. if he lower pole but I was clear with pictures that I wanted a natural looking breast . Will my skin stretch out more on the bottom to accommodate implant even if he did not lower the pole?

Thank you for your question.  Depending on how tight your original breast skin was there are some surgical maneuvers performed in order to allow the implant to settle along the lower portion of your breast, stretching out the lower pole over time to leave you with a natural result.  It is difficult to know how your breasts will heal immediately after surgery and is the reason surgeons often ask patients to wait at least 6 months so that their results can mature into the long-term outcome.  Hope this helps.
