Will lower pole stretch with time or is revision necessary?

I did not ask dr. if he lower pole but I was clear with pictures that I wanted a natural looking breast . Will my skin stretch out more on the bottom to accommodate implant even if he did not lower the pole?

Hi. I would advise going the bigger size.  It sounds like you will be disappointed if you choose the smaller size.  The reality is that there will be very little difference between the two.RegardsDamien

Thank you for your question and photos. Shaped textured implants will not drop. Without preop photos it is hard to tell about your sagging of the breasts, but I believe you would've done better with a lift and placement of round implants. You still have sagging breast tissue off your implants...

I believe that you could get a good result with breast implants alone. An augmentation can oftentimes give you the illusion of a lift.
