Hi @jojo3076! I would avoid pressure to the face for at least 6 weeks. Although the depth of the microneedling will not reach the level of the threads, it is best to avoid to avoid pressure while the threads are settling. Best of luck to you!
Hello, Thank you for your question. I would definitely refer back to your provider to ask this question. Depending on the kind of threads that were used and your personal healing time, this can be 6-8 weeks before any other procedure. Dental appointments need to wait minimum of 4 weeks. There are several other post procedure treatment plan directions.Any added deep pressure or movement of the face too soon after the threads are placed can disengage them. Thanks for your question. We usually recommend no unnecessary pressure applied to the face for 6 weeks. The microneedling will not reach to the level of the threads, but you don't want forces pressing down on the soft tissue unnecessarily while the threads are setting.Lisa Vuich, MD
