I have a defined crease on one eyelid and no crease at all on the other, making my eyes appear asymmetrical in size (similar to the picture attached). If I got the surgery on only one eyelid using the suture technique and in a non-office setting, what would be a general estimate of the price?
Answer: How much does Asian blepharoplasty cost if done on only one eyelid using the suture technique? Thanks for the question. When it comes to costs of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find some average costs of surgery on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites as well. In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done. Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Best wishes.

Answer: Cost Asian Eyelid Suture technique One eyelid suture technique I imagine should be $2000-$$3000 depending on the city and physician and facility fees. I believe that 2/3 of the full price is a fair fee for one eyelid. Please consult in person with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon prior to making treatment decisions.

Answer: Suture technique Asian I would surgery for only one eye I typically charge nearly full price for one I as I do for two because the time and material costs are similar. Also my fees are flat and include full service without facility fees so this is also taking into consideration. The one eye usually cost around $2800. Below attached a link to one of the patients with issue similar to years who I treated with suture technique for only one eyelid.Chase Lay MD
