This sounds like something that can easily be done as a minor office procedure. Most Board Certified plastic surgeons or facial plastic surgeons should be able to help you.
I prefer Juvederm for the lips as it is a smoother product than Restylane and blends in nicely with the natural, smooth texture of the lips.
What’s even more important than the product is the experience and expertise of the injector!
