I just got botox in my masseters and gave my boyfriend oral sex after. Did I mess things up?

I just got botox injected into my masseters, 20 units on one side and 30 units on the left. The doctor said to avoid chewy foods and gum, and to avoid exercise for 24 hours. However, I am an idiot and gave my boyfriend oral sex when I came home. Did I completely mess things up?
