I had breast implant replacement surgery 3 months ago. Shortly after surgery, I had a capsular contracture on one side which resulted in a second surgery (capsulectomy) 7 weeks ago for that. Things seem to be going well now, but the skin on my chest (above cleavage) has been extremely oily, shiny and constantly broken out. I never had this issue prior to the surgery. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be from the surgery?

Two suggestions: 1. Post better photos in closer views. 2. Best to seek only in person second opinions to determine if additional surgery is indicated...
Go back asap and see your doctor. If he still says it is bruising seek a second opinion. If you were my patient, I would be worried about the fate of that nipple.
Yes but you would need to get clearance from your doctors. Fortunately, in most cases, once we heal from something it usually does not affect the next operation.
