8 days post op BBL. 20yo, 150lbs, 5'7 feeling throbbing or heartbeats in my butt

Ok sounds silly lol but im wondering if this is a good sign. Im post op 8 days from my bbl with 950cc per cheek/hip, fat was injectioned in my butt and hips. But today ive been noticing throbbing almost like heartbeats here n there around my butt area. Is this a sign of healing ?
