Can fillers help my deep marionette lines and mouth corners? Or will I look like a chipmunk? Thanks! I hate them so much

Yes, fillers can effectively soften deep marionette lines and lift the downturned corners of the mouth, restoring a smoother and more balanced lower face — but achieving natural results depends entirely on placement, product choice, and injector skill. When done correctly, small, strategic amounts of hyaluronic acid filler are used not to “puff up” the area but to restore lost volume and support where the skin has folded or sagged over time. This can subtly elevate the corners of the mouth and reduce the shadowing around the chin without making you look overfilled or chipmunk-like. Overdone results usually happen when too much filler is placed in the lower cheeks or along the jawline, which distorts facial proportions. I hope this helps!

Great question and thank you for providing the photo! 
Fillers can certainly help diminsh the depth of these lines, however in my opinion the larger issue that I see when patients come with these concerns is the overall shape rather than the depth. This is much better addressed with a facelift with particular attention to the midface.

The issue is your facial aging as seen in the post photo you have these folds or lines of both the nasolabial folds and Marinette lines as a combination of skin and laxity. It would take 3 to 5 syringes of HA fillers or some bio stimulator, but the laxity the skin is still the issue most likely, a mini face neck lift with Fillers or fat grafting is indicated best of virtual consult with to get a better understanding of options
