I struggle with the length, flatness and angle of the mandible -How to help 10 years post orthognastic surgery? (Photos)

Sincerelyem3Jan 27, 2026

I had upper and lower orthognastic surgery as a teenager for a class 3 jaw. i am now in my mid 30s and while I look better than I did, i cant help but continue to struggle with the length, flatness and angle of the mandible that i still have. Are there options to help address this? Maybe genioplasty for the angle of the mandible and long mid face? Or fat transfer for flatness? I look older and more tired than I am, I can’t take pictures well because my face doesn’t photograph normally and I feel at a loss. I also fear I may need more than 1 procedure to address everything and am also not sure of what kind of price point that creates
