My cheeks seem very flat from the side and 3/4 profile view. I have a lot of face face and a lot from the from but it looks like it’s all in the lower part of my face. My face looks skinny and malnourished from the side I feel. I want round cheeks but I look old. I’m only 21.

Hello, hope you are well. The short answer is yes, you can use hyaluronidase for HA based dermal fillers to dissolve the product. It will not dissolve, displace, or otherwise harm your cheek implants.
