I had cheek and tear trough filler and my injector confirmed its muscle and fat. I always had this before ever getting filler but its worse now since getting cheek filler I had another doctor confirm its muscle and because im heavy in the cheek area the muscle is protruding. Im worried if i dissolve the cheek filler it will still be there What do you think the issue is?
