Can a lipoma affect eye size? (Photo)

I had a lipoma on my left temple ever since I can remember and just lately I've notice my left eye is considerably small and I can see some black spot on the white area, could it be related to the lipoma itself ?

You have two reasonable options:1. Go back to the doctor who performed the procedure.2. Cut the stitch that is "hanging out" flush with the skin.You should not try to pull out the stitch, as this could be painful and could result in a larger open wound.

Hi there,There are no proven medications, diets or exercise routines that will help you prevent the formation of new lipomas or make the old ones stop growing.If they become too big or hinder in your day to day activities you might have to have them removed. Otherwise just leave them alone.

You should be evaluated by a hand surgeon or an upper extremity/elbow specialist if there is one near you. Although this appears to be a lipoma it could be something else.  Either way, since it does not appear to be exclusively subcuticular (right under the skin), it's prudent to have the...
