I had a lipoma on my left temple ever since I can remember and just lately I've notice my left eye is considerably small and I can see some black spot on the white area, could it be related to the lipoma itself ?

You have two reasonable options:1. Go back to the doctor who performed the procedure.2. Cut the stitch that is "hanging out" flush with the skin.You should not try to pull out the stitch, as this could be painful and could result in a larger open wound.
