Hello. I am working on losing weight with diet and excercise. I expect some fat to be reduced in my arms, but not entirely. I am considering liposuction for my arm but do not want a traditional lipo, ideally something that’s minimally invasive and I can get back to working out. Knowing my body through the years, even if I lose weight my arms will not go. What procedure should I do? Attaching pic
Answer: Liposuction + Skin Tightening For this particular procedure, you would look into having liposuction with added skin tightening due to sagginess left over. Our office has helped hundreds of clients with this specific procedure and it comes down to physical examination and amount of fat inside the arms. Best of luck!

Answer: Arm fat Stubborn arm fat is most easily removed directly with liposuction combined with a skin tightening device such as J plasma. There are less invasive options such as radiofrequency devices, however they take multiple treatments and are not as effective. You will end up having less results but have spent as much time and and money to have the treatments done as you would have had with a single round of liposuction. Hope this helps! Johnson C.
