Are the screws from my cheek implants bothering my sinuses? Is it normal to still be numb and itchy at 8 month?

I had check and chin implants done 8 months ago. The doctor I picked used screws. I am still numb a few places around my mouth and it itches sometimes. Also, I have had a sore throat and stuffy nose for months--this never happened before my surgery. it possible the screws are bothering my sinuses? What would that feel like/what are the affects of that? Is it normal to still be numb around my mouth with itching? Thank you
