4 weeks ago I had custom combined infraorbital and malar implants placed through lower eyelid incisions. They look/feel great except the lower eyelids can't seem to move up and feel tight when I touch them. This does not bother me except when I smile. When smiling the lower eyelids can't move upwards causing a very strange look, whereby the skin bunches up under/around my lower eyelids. Any idea as to what could be causing this? Is visiting an oculoplastic surgeon warranted?
