Hi! Thank you for reaching out! It is safe to get laser resurfacing done more than once, especially with the amount of time that has passed between your first treatment and now. While an in-person second opinion is always recommended, full-field resurfacing with an erbium:YAG laser is a customizable and results-oriented procedure that I think could help address both scarring as well as any textural concerns. I would also be sure to ask about INTRAcel RF microneedling. In our practice, we use this to treat scarring from acne as well as stretch marks, so depending on the type of tissue on your forehead and nose, that may be a less invasive treatment plan.
