Is this Rosascea? How do I treat this condition? (photos)

I was exposed to the sun and dirty water while overseas. I am not experiencing any pain or itch on my face now but before these ‘rashes’ appear on my face, it was itchy. I have diarrhea as well (not sure if it is due to the food) Is this Rosascea? How do I treat this condition?
