I've heard that pregnancy can come with potential for a bigger wider nose. I already want a rhinoplasty with septoplasty. I have a deviated septum and a drooping nose with a hump. It's a bit of a long nose. I wanted a doctor's advice on if given the choice should I get a rhinoplasty before conceiving, or after pregnancy is finished? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We usually inject a few units of Botox to treat the depressor septi muscle, so the effect will go away after a couple months. After it wears off you can get a rhinoplasty.
