How can I permanently achieve the profile in my second photo? (Photos)

I noticed that when I slightly tuck in my lower lip and move my chin slightly forward, my profile looks much longer, more defined, and more harmonious. In a relaxed position, my chin and jawline appear shorter and less defined. Looking at my side profile photos, what anatomical feature is causing this difference? Is it mainly my chin projection, soft tissue, or my bite? Which treatment would most naturally recreate the appearance of the second photo at rest? Would this be achieved with chin filler, sliding genioplasty, chin implant, jawline/chin filler or something else? I prefer a long lasting solution, but am also open for fillers if a surgery is unnecessary.
