Can anything be done to improve my unusually contoured looking chin? (Photos)

Question

For some reason I am having fat accumulated in an odd pattern and the fat going into the neck while meanwhile my chin itself has taken on an unusual contour. Also i have a lot of fat loss in my face - not in the good sense - but rather my face has become tiny, lost all height and normal face structure. I am assuming that i have some illness process which is beyond natural aging but i don't know exactly what is happening

For the chin and jawline concerns you're describing, both a chin implant and a sliding genioplasty (which reshapes your own chin bone without an implant) can provide excellent structural support to the chin and, by extension, to the lower face and jawline overall. When either of these is combined with a submentoplasty to address the neck, the combination tends to offer the most impactful transformation, creating a sculpted, well-defined lower face and jawline. 
Regarding the fat loss and overall change in facial structure and height you're describing, I want to take this seriously &mdash; a pattern like this, especially if it feels disproportionate to typical aging, really does warrant a thorough in-person evaluation, as there are a number of underlying causes (including some systemic or medical conditions) that can affect facial fat distribution and would be important to rule out before any cosmetic planning takes place. I'd recommend starting with your primary care physician to evaluate for any underlying medical cause, and in parallel, a consultation with a plastic surgeon who can take a full history, perform a complete facial analysis, and determine what combination of procedures &mdash; if any &mdash; would be appropriate once the full picture is understood.
