White light colour area across my nose bridge after rhinoplasty became worse after filer injection?

The lighter area appears to be from reflected light due to areas of depression where the nasal bones meet the upper lateral cartilages and septum.  This is known as an inverted-V deformity.  The classical treatment for this problem is revision rhinoplasty and placement of spreader grafts to keep the upper lateral cartilages from collapsing against the septum as they are now.  Other small grafts may also be necessary to improve the appearance.  See a specialist in revision rhinoplasty who can help rehabilitate your nose.  Good luck!

When the upper lateral cartilages become detached from the nasal bones one sees an appearance as shown in the photographs you have submitted. If the filler was Calcium Hydroxyapatite that could be superficial and showing through the thin skin. You need a revisional rhinoplasty with cartilage 'spreader' grafts and cleaning out as much of the filler as possible. After the surgical correction you will notice a significant improvement in the appearance and profile of the nasal dorsum. The residual filler will lighten in time. You may have to use some camouflage make up to hide the discoloration secondary to the filler for some time.
